Acceptance of Platform Terms
By creating a workspace or invoking DevBlock APIs, you agree to these terms. If acting on behalf of an entity, you warrant that you hold appropriate authority to bind said entity.
Workspace & Passkey Custody
You are responsible for maintaining custody over hardware passkeys and scoped API secret tokens. Any actions dispatched under authenticated credentials remain your responsibility.
Acceptable Workload Conduct
You agree not to dispatch unlawful workloads, Denial-of-Service attacks, unauthorized security penetration tests, or malicious code through the DevBlock edge network.
High Availability & Service SLA
We strive for unbroken edge availability. Paid Pro tiers carry guaranteed 99.99% system uptime commitments with automated failover routing.
Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
You retain sole ownership of your application code, container binaries, and client artifacts. DevBlock retains ownership of platform orchestrators, telemetry engines, and brand assets.
Termination & Migration
You may export your configurations and terminate workspaces at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach acceptable infrastructure terms.
